Orders & Quotations

All orders are subject to acceptance after mutual agreement on pricing, quantity, specifications, and delivery timelines. Price quotations provided through the website, email, or WhatsApp are non-binding until confirmed in writing.

Customization & OEM

Custom designs, private labeling, and OEM manufacturing are produced according to customer-provided specifications. Fandar International is not responsible for any intellectual property issues arising from designs supplied by the customer.

Payments

Payment terms, methods, and schedules are agreed upon individually for each order. Production may begin only after receipt of the agreed advance payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Quality Control
